I would like to have coffee cups printed. How can I arrange this further? 

Our website offers the possibility to directly order the desired number of cups or to request a quote without obligation. You can indicate in which format and in which edition you are interested. Within 24 hours you will receive a quote at the email address you provided. If you agree with the quote, you can send the necessary files in .pdf or .eps format, together with a short description of how you want the cups. CupsOnline makes a digital proof for free and sends it to you for approval. If the design is not to your liking, no problem. You can indicate what needs to be changed and we will adjust it. If you agree with the digital proof and specify the delivery address, we will start producing the cups. After about 3 weeks the cups will be in the desired location. 

Can you tell us more about the difference between production in the Netherlands and in China? Why would customers choose one location over another? 

Our cups are of the same high quality, regardless of whether they are produced in the Netherlands or China. They are sturdy and have a sharp print that meets all standards. The main difference between the two production locations is the print run and delivery time, as well as the price. In our factory in China, the minimum order quantity is 50,000 pieces and the delivery time is about 10 weeks. In the Netherlands, the minimum order is only 1,000 pieces and the delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. Which option is best for your situation depends on your specific needs. What can I print on the coffee cups? 

All our cups can be printed all around and full-surface. What exactly can be printed on the cups depends on the place of production: at our place in the Netherlands or at our factory in China. If the cups are produced in the Netherlands, they can be printed up to full color, which means that even photos can be printed on the cups. The delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. If the cups are produced in our factory in China, we can print up to 6 PMS colours, so that the cups can be fully adapted to your corporate identity. The delivery time in this case is approximately 10 weeks. 

How large can the print be?

Because we produce all sizes of coffee cups, the maximum size of images on the cups varies per size. You can see the exact dimensions of all formats in our templates, which you can download here. This way you can be sure that your image fits on the cup.


Can my printing continue on the entire cup? 

You can print the cup all the way around, so that your print runs over the entire cup. Keep in mind that, because it concerns the production of coffee cups there can always be a slight difference between the left and right adhesive edges when they are connected to each other. This is a normal aspect of the manufacturing process and will not affect the overall quality of the cup.

Can the inside of the cup also be printed?

Unfortunately, according to the law, it is not allowed to print the inside of the coffee cup, because the hot drink would then come into direct contact with the ink. Although we always use food safe and low migration inks, this is not allowed for the safety of the user. You can print the cup all around and on the outside, so that you can still create a personalized cup.

Can the bottom of the cup be printed? 

To prevent leakage, it is not possible to print on the bottom (the bottom circle) of the coffee cup. This can affect the sturdiness and coating and we can therefore not guarantee water resistance. Text can be printed on the bottom edge of the cup. This is often where the website listing or "id-line" is printed. This way you can still give a personal touch to your cup without compromising the water resistance. 

What kind of design files can I provide?

The logos/files must be supplied in vector format, such as .ai, .eps or .pdf. Note: These should not be converted Photoshop files from .jpg/.png to .eps or .pdf. Logos must be supplied in CMYK with the correct color numbers. Texts must be supplied in letter contours or, if that is not possible, include the relevant font file. Please note: when coated PMS numbers are converted to equal uncoated PMS numbers or CMYK, color differences may occur in some cases. This is usually not visible on your screen. Printing the proof on your printer also does not guarantee that the colors correspond to reality. The proof is therefore only suitable for approval of the correct position of the artwork and PMS/CMYK color numbers.

Is it possible to supply a design yourself? 

Of course you can also provide your own design. You can download the templates for all cup sizes here. In the delivery specifications you will find additional instructions on how the design should be delivered. If you need help creating your design, you can always contact our customer service for advice. 

Is it also possible to store our printed coffee cups with you? 

In many cases, we can store your printed coffee cups in our factory in China for free. We also offer the option to deliver the cups to your location on demand and within 24 hours. Since the formats, costs and print runs differ per customer, we always look at the possibilities together with you and we can advise you on this before production starts. This way you can make the best choice for your situation.

ORDERING AND DELIVERIES

How can I order products 

There are several ways to order from us: via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. 

On our website you can select the product you want to order. You can order directly by clicking on the button "Order directly" and select the number of boxes. If you click on the image of the product, you will get the specifications and you can place an order by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You will then be forwarded to the next screen where you can enter all your details. If you have completed the form completely, you can pay for the order via iDeal or order on account. The order will be processed and sent to the address you specified. You will always receive an invoice for the order. 

You can always place an order by e-mail. In that case, send an email to info@cupsonline.eu with the desired products and the delivery address. 

What is the delivery time? 

All our standard products are delivered within 24 hours, if in stock. If you want to receive the products on another day, you can indicate this during the ordering process. We can also deliver on Saturdays, so you can also indicate this.

Cups with your own printing that are produced in the Netherlands have a delivery time of approximately 3 weeks after approval of the artwork. If you need the cups sooner, you can always contact us to ask about the possibilities. Sometimes it is possible to receive printed cups within 5 days if you need them urgently.

Customized cups produced in China have a delivery time of approximately 10 weeks after approval of the artwork.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

How can I pay for the products I order via Cupsonline.eu? 

You can pay your invoice via iDeal immediately after ordering. We also offer the option to order on account. 

What is the payment term for ordering on account? 

After you have placed the order, we use a payment term of 14 days. 

Do I have to pay for the cups with my own print in advance?

Because the cups are provided with a private label, you must have paid the invoice before production starts.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL? 

What about the Right of Withdrawal? 

The right of withdrawal is excluded for all customized products. This includes all printing and print jobs. This means that you cannot return goods already ordered and received that fall under this exclusion. 

Standard articles that do not require processing do fall within the right of withdrawal. You can contact info@Cupsonline.eu up to and including 14 days after delivery, stating your order number. The purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days. 

Complaints relating to incorrectly executed orders can be returned from the moment of discovery up to and including 2 months later.
